How to create a chart for medication tracking
I'm trying to figure out the best chart to track medications taken and their effectiveness so I can figure out what is causing certain side effects, like headaches, and also which medications work the best for relief. I'm new a this all together.

I'd suggest, if you really want to do something like that in Excel, that you start by looking at templates, files that have already been created to track such things. You might need to make some modifications, but at least you wouldn't be doing so from scratch.

mathetes Thanks for the link. I had done a search for medication templates but didn't find any. You had better luck. I'll try that out!
