How to combine column?

Hi everyone,
having in a a series of values in a cell, and in b other values (the number of cells with values can be variable), there is a way to have in C a list with all the possible combinations between a and b, perhaps with one textual space in between?

hello and thanks for the answer: but do you know that the formula doesn't work on my computer? Maybe I need to activate it somehow, or translate it? An old Excel 2007 in Italian version is installed. Thank you
