In Microsoft Excel, you can set a custom paper size for printing your worksheets, even if your desired paper size is not available in the standard options. Here is how you can change the paper size to 8.5 x 13 inches:

  1. Page Layout Tab: Open your Excel workbook.
  2. Page Layout Tab: Go to the "Page Layout" tab in the Excel ribbon.
  3. Size Dropdown: In the "Page Setup" group, you will find a "Size" dropdown. Click on it.
  4. More Paper Sizes: At the bottom of the size dropdown, you will see an option called "More Paper Sizes." Click on it.
  5. Page Setup Dialog Box: This will open the "Page Setup" dialog box.
  6. Page Tab: In the "Page" tab of the dialog box, you can set the paper size. In the "Paper size" section, choose "Custom Size" from the dropdown.
  7. Custom Paper Size: In the "Width" and "Height" fields, enter the dimensions for your custom paper size, which in your case is 8.5 inches for width and 13 inches for height.
  8. OK: Click the "OK" button to apply the custom paper size.
  9. Print: When you go to print your worksheet, make sure to select the custom paper size you just set from the printer's settings.

Now your Excel worksheet should be set to print on paper measuring 8.5 x 13 inches. Please note that your printer must support this paper size for it to work correctly. If you encounter any issues, you may need to adjust your printer's settings to accommodate the custom paper size. The text was created with the help of AI.

If this not help please provide more information about your Excel version, operating system, storage medium, etc. Photos and information about whether this only occurs in a specific file would be of additional advantage.

The prerequisite for everything is that you have the latest updates and have carried out an Office repair.

I general list of available paper sizes is taken from one which your printer driver supports.

While your printer may not offer a preset option for 8.5"x13" paper, you can still print on this size by creating a custom paper size setting within your software. Look for a "Page Setup" or "Layout" section within your application, then navigate to the "Paper Size" options. You should find a "Custom" or "User-Defined" option where you can manually enter the width (8.5") and height (13") of your desired paper size. Save this custom setting for future use and enjoy printing on your preferred paper size!
Likewise, my Excel does not offer custom paper size. using excel for 365 version 2415 build 16.0.17628.20006
