How to add slicers for multiple columns

I have a table that looks like this:

Acct                             | 1200 - Ops Budget | 1200 - Ops Act | 1200 - Ops Variance |
1000-Hrly Wages          150                               155                         -5
1005 - Salary Wages     75                                  78                          -3

I have this for all expense accounts by department.  Each department has these three columns.  I added a pivot chart and I want to create a slicer called 'Operations' and 'Finance', 'IT', etc that will change the three bars in the chart.  All of my fields are each department column.  Is there a way to group these into a slicer?
