How do you change permissions in excel share?

I've been picking through help docs for an hour. They all say to go to Review > Share ... but there is no share option under the review tab.

I'm trying to increase or decrease permissions for people that the spreadsheet is shared with. I can see who that is when I tap the share button in the top-right corner. However, there's no intuitive way to remove anyone from the list or change their access level. Where is that option?
