how do i export a pdf file from excel

im having a time trying to figure out how to export a pdf file from excel to taxwise any help would be greatly appreciated

You can follow these steps to export your Excel file as a PDF:

  1. Open your Excel file in Excel for the web.
  2. Click on "File" in the top left corner.
  3. Select the "Print" option from the dropdown menu.
  4. The print preview will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
  5. On the print preview screen, click on the "Print" button.
  6. In the printer options dialog box, choose the printer as "Microsoft Print to PDF" from the list of available printers. If you don't see this option, you may need to install a PDF printer driver on your computer.
  7. Adjust any print settings as needed, such as selecting the specific range or pages you want to export.
  8. Click on the "Print" button to generate the PDF file.
  9. Choose the location where you want to save the PDF file and click "Save".

By selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer, you can create a PDF version of your Excel file. If you don't have the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option available, you may need to install a PDF printer driver on your computer.
