You can follow these steps to export your Excel file as a PDF:
- Open your Excel file in Excel for the web.
- Click on "File" in the top left corner.
- Select the "Print" option from the dropdown menu.
- The print preview will be displayed on the right side of the screen.
- On the print preview screen, click on the "Print" button.
- In the printer options dialog box, choose the printer as "Microsoft Print to PDF" from the list of available printers. If you don't see this option, you may need to install a PDF printer driver on your computer.
- Adjust any print settings as needed, such as selecting the specific range or pages you want to export.
- Click on the "Print" button to generate the PDF file.
- Choose the location where you want to save the PDF file and click "Save".
By selecting "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the printer, you can create a PDF version of your Excel file. If you don't have the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option available, you may need to install a PDF printer driver on your computer.
The training is actually meant that you find out for yourself 🙂
