How do I download multiple hyperlink files from an excel sheet?

I have an excel sheet with a column that contain hyperlinks to pdf files. Is there a way to download all of the pdf files straight from my excel to my desktop in windows? I am willing to accept any notepad scripts that would also get the job done.
