How can I resolve #BLOCKED! error in Excel 2021 when using StockHistory function

Hello, I installed Excel 2021 today and specifically wanted to use the StockHistory function.  Frustratingly, when I attempt to lookup a stock it generates an error that says #BLOCKED!, and says that a a license is required.  However, it offers no suggestions for what license IS required. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

    I suspect a Microsoft 365 license is needed. From Help:
    "STOCKHISTORY function
    Excel for Microsoft 365 Excel for Microsoft 365 for Mac Excel for the web"

      I have fully licensed package. It means nothing. Suddenly I got #BLOCKED and it's over. I may use the spreadsheet as a toilet paper. Woops, even as the toilet paper it's useless. Microsoft, you become more and more sorry-**bleep**.
