How Can I give Ratio in a cell from total number of colums?

Hello,

I want to do the sum and percentage ratio of the total numbers of columns. In the brief. I want to know that if I do the sum of the column but I want to divide it by a ratio out of 5. 

For example in the image, there would be total and in the same cell, I want the ratio out of the total.

So, Can Anyone explain it, how can I do it?
