How can i copy the Power Query table to an Array ?

Hello 

I get Data from a extern Excel file with Power Query I know I can bring this information to a sheet that’s not the topic but I want to bring this information directly to an Array !  How can I do that?

 

If i have the information in the Array I can send cell by cell the information to the excel sheet.
I need this option because if there still an information in the cell then it should not send the information in them

    Can you elaborate on:
