Help with replicating Excel chart

Hi, 

What are the steps needed to replicate the chart below? 

I was able to create a simple stacked column chart but having difficulties adding the matrix below the x-axis.

Click anywhere on your chart.

Activate the Chart Design tab of the ribbon.

Select Add Chart Element > Data Table > With Legend Keys in the Chart Layout group.
