Help with IF/OR Statement

Hello,

I am looking for some help with an IF statement. I want column H to display Y if F>=G, but display N if A is True (displays as True when the box in B is checked). I am getting the correct results in H based off F and G with an IF statement: IF((F>=G),”Y”,”N”). However, when I try to create an OR statement to add in the other argument I am not getting anywhere.
