Help with auto fill on power query

Hi, 

 

Please could somebody help me with this! I have created a table in Excel, which I had to edit in Power Query because I needed to unpivot some columns.

 

Now on the new table created after doing the power query, I cannot disable auto fill. If I change the data in a cell in the table, it automatically changes all of the cell values in the rows below it.
