Help with adding data pulled in with Pivot Table. Is there a way to sum dynamic multiple cells?

Hi, I have workbook that with a pivot tablet that pulls in data from a sql server. I am trying to sum items pull in by a specific lot type, singles vs towns. I can't use countif, (at least I don't think I can), because the the report is dynamic and so the type and counts don't always appear in the same cells when pulling the data.

Perhaps you may use another PivotTable in which using DAX measures show filtered summary. If you are on Windows and use data model.
