? (help) button not responding

Every time I try to use the ? (help) button in either Excel or PowerPoint, I get a message that reads, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your internet connection and try again." This does not happen when I am using Word. Any ideas on why? Thanks.

    Help utilizies the network connection and must see that your M365 account status is without error. The first step is to go to File | Account within Excel (or PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and resolving any account errors. If there's an error, you may get a 'Fix' button. If 'Fix' is ineffective, the usual way to resolve is to Sign out and Sign in. It's a common issue with M365.

      Patrick2788 Thanks. I didn't see a "Fix button," but used the update options. That seemed to take care of the problem.
