? (help) button not responding
Every time I try to use the ? (help) button in either Excel or PowerPoint, I get a message that reads, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your internet connection and try again." This does not happen when I am using Word. Any ideas on why? Thanks.
- Patrick2788Silver ContributorHelp utilizies the network connection and must see that your M365 account status is without error. The first step is to go to File | Account within Excel (or PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and resolving any account errors. If there's an error, you may get a 'Fix' button. If 'Fix' is ineffective, the usual way to resolve is to Sign out and Sign in. It's a common issue with M365.

Patrick2788 Thanks. I didn't see a "Fix button," but used the update options. That seemed to take care of the problem.
