Google Drive

I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 11 and I can no longer share excel files with Google Drive.  It wants me to use One Drive.  How do I get Google  Drive back?

    Wondering if used to use "Google Sheets"?

    Its possible to download the desktop client of "Google Drive" to sync the files and then share from there or to upload the excel files to Google Drive, then share or sharing via email.
