Formula Help
HansVogelaar i figured out how to save as a template
another question, how can i get a time to round up take a look at cell E61 (we round up so he worked 8.75 how can it say that
also how can is say .25, .5, .75 instead of .15, .30, .45?
As variant
In Excel one day is equal to 1, thus one hour is equal to 1/24. So multiply your time on 24 and use CEILING to round up to nearest .25. Result is as decimal number.

You shall calculate all results as hours or as decimal numbers, not as a mix.
Perhaps in your case it'll be better to keep both - round hours up to nearest 15 minutes and in another cell show result as decimal number as well.

Depends on your goals, you may adjust current one
Don't forget to apply number format (instead of time) to the cell.
