Formula doesn't work on my excel but works on coworker's

We are using the =TRIM(textafter(A1,":")) formula on a shared document. The formula works fine on my coworker's excel but on mine it result is "#Name?".  Is there a way to fix this issue?

    The #NAME? error suggests you may be using a version of Excel that does not have access to the TEXTAFTER function. Are you using Excel 365?
