Filtering Online No Longer Working?
We are noticing that our Excel workbooks online no longer seem to have the ability to filter. When we open the same workbooks in the desktop app for Excel, filtering is fine.
Online we can see the dropdown arrows/triangles at the top of each column; however, it's like they are 'dead.' Cursor doesn't change when hovering over them... clicking on them does nothing, it's like just clicking on a regular cell.
This is across a variety of Excel workbooks... I'm wondering if there has been a feature change to Excel online?
Has anyone else been experiencing this?
- It looks like the protection icon is unlocked and greyed out. That said, it seems filtering is once again available... perhaps there was just a glitch in the system.
Thanks for your reply, nevertheless, I'll keep an eye out for that next time I encounter this problem.
