Excel365 - VBA CLASS not registered issue

Hi. Coming von Office 2019, MS Support yesterday installed Office365. Now having issue with running Excel VBA script responding "class not registered". Script was running fine under Excel 2019. I assume I have to re register a specific 3rd party DLL (TABCOM.DLL) iot acces COM1 with VBA. Howto?

    I bet this dll is a 32 bit application and support has installed 64 bit Office on your machine.
