As several other members have expressed, I am also experiencing from today morning, suddenly my Excel office 2013 is NOT opening from the shortcuts on desktop. I have uninstalled Office and re-installed it from my MS account, but same situation persists. Sought help from MS chat person who tried several things in the OPTION under Excel page FILE, but nothing positive happened. Now I am here in this Excel discussion seeking advice from anyone who may have resolved this issue.

1. Make sure that your Windows OS is up to date. Because sometimes updates can resolve compatibility issues.
2. Third-party software or security tools can sometimes interfere with Office applications. Ensure that there are no third-party applications that are conflicting with Excel.

If nothing works, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for more assistance.
