Recently got a new computer, but checked the same Office16/excel version is being used. on my old computer, I used to be able to click and hold the scroll boxes (V&H) moving them up down/left right, and the worksheet itself would move at the same time. Now with the new computer, the worksheet stays in the same place while the scroll boxes are moved, then once the scroll box is unclicked, the sheet jumps to that location. I do not have freeze panes On. The Click and drag does not work any more in Word either, but used to on my old computer. Is there a setting I need to check?
