Time calculation with error:
I try to calculate how many minutes between certain time...
(7:25AM - 6:34AM)
7:25AM
6:34AM
0:51 (ERROR) Should be 1:09

Please note that the formula doesn't include the start time in the calculation this is why it gives you 51 while the count result in the table above is 52.

Sorry but the starting time is 6:34AM and the ending time is 7:25AM, so we have 1 Hour and 9 minutes.

 

I use this formula to calculate the time of a starting and ending of a radio program.

 

So if the program started at 6:34AM and ended at 7:25AM the program was 1 hour and 9 minutes long and not the 51 minutes showing in the excel calculation.

 

Note: The two first calculation are correct but the third one is over one hour and Excel does not give me the correct answer.

Paul, adding an hour to starting time 0634 gives 0734 which is later than 0725, thus you have less than one hour in that period of time
