Excel time lock

Hello Guys,

is it possible to make something like excel time lock ? 

Example:

I create excel file at 20 each month, and I would like to have it locked for editing (maybe auto password setup or something) after exactly 14 days or after specific date like 04 next month.

Hello, if the file is being stored on a SharePoint site, you might be able to set up a MS Flow that sets the permission of the file so that others cannot edit it. I'm not sure of any way this can be accomplished in Excel alone.
