To make the "Paste Special" option visible in the ribbon, you can follow these steps:
Right-click on any of the existing ribbon tabs (such as Home, Insert, or Page Layout) and select "Customize the Ribbon."
In the Excel Options dialog box that appears, select "All Commands" from the "Choose commands from" dropdown menu.
