Excel special paste

I need help

There is no "paste special" in the paste options of my Excel workbook 

there are a few features not shown on the ribbon whenever I use Excel 

Please help

    To make the "Paste Special" option visible in the ribbon, you can follow these steps:

    Right-click on any of the existing ribbon tabs (such as Home, Insert, or Page Layout) and select "Customize the Ribbon."

    In the Excel Options dialog box that appears, select "All Commands" from the "Choose commands from" dropdown menu.

    Scroll down the list of commands until you find "Paste Special," select it, and then click the "Add" button to add it to the ribbon.

    You can then choose where to place the new button on the ribbon by selecting it and clicking the "Up" or "Down" arrows on the right side of the dialog box.

    Once you have customized the ribbon to your liking, click "OK" to save your changes.

    After following these steps, the "Paste Special" option should now be visible in the ribbon, and you can access it by clicking on the new button.
