excel sorting problem
i have copied a list of names from a word document and pasted it into a spreadsheet. i then copied a further list of names from the second page of my word document and pasted that under the other list on my spreadsheet.
when i come to sort the total list in alphabetical order it sorts each list separately instead of the whole list.
any idea what i need to do?
Check whether there are one or more spaces before the words in some cells.
