Excel Pivot Table

Hello, I have two pivot tables with same topics but different values. I want to aggregate information from the two tables into a new pivot table. Cam You help me with a solution?

    Hi gheorghital75yahooco

there is no way to create a new Pivot table directly from two existing Pivot tables.

Any possible solutions depend on the individual structure of your source data.

If the sctructure allows it, I would recommend to combine both source tables (not the Pivot tables!) into a new table. Either by manually copying the data or using Power Query (which I would always recommend).

To do this, both source tables need to be formatted tables (menu "Home | Format as table"). Then load them one by one (menu "Data | From Table/Range") into Power Query.

Once they are in Power Query, go to "Home | Append Queries | Append Queries as New", so they get combined to a new query. This works only, if both table use the same field/column names.

After that, you can load into Excel and create a new Pivot Table on that one.
