Excel Online - linking sheets

We use Excel online and I would like to link a whole worksheet to another whole worksheet in a different folder. So far I am only finding information on linking a data cell, not the whole sheet.

Basically, I want to take a contact list sheet in a large workbook and create just the individual sheet in it's own workbook in another folder, but would like the data in the master sheet to automatically update the individual sheet. Can I do that without doing it cell by cell?
