Excel Multiple Views of Same Spread-sheet

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I have a cash-flow spreadsheet which has one group of rows which show expected expenditure over time for a series of projects, one row per project. Elsewhere there is another similar group of rows showing expected income from those projects.

I would like to create an alternative 'view' where the expenditure row and the income row for each project are adjacent to each other. This second 'view' could be a 'read only' type if that made things easier.

For clarity, I want to maintain both 'views' at the same time with an easy switch from one to the other with the underlying .xlsx or .xlsm file acting as a common, shared data-base for the two 'views'.

Is this possible please?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or help.
