Excel keys Ctrl+Alt+F9 to populate data

Hi,

I have a workbook with 2 sheets: input and placeholders.

Open workbook, I need to press Ctrl+Alt+F9 to populate data from placeholders sheet into input sheet.

However, before that the cell value as image above (cell D6).

Below is part of the sheet placeholders.

I would like to know how I can create a workbook like that.
