So, my printer is connected to excel as i can see that it recognizes the printer and has verified it connected. However, when i go to print it will not generate a print preview, print, or export as a PDF.
I keep getting an error saying, " could not print: potential reasons are not enough memory, bad connection or loose cables." None of these are apparent, I have tested printing in word, it works. I have also opened other excel workbooks and basically anything i open in excel is generating the same error. Even new workbooks. But everything else i open can be viewed and printed. Any insight would be appreciated.
