EXCEL Help

I can't seem to find this particular problem in search so I'm posting it.

Every time I select "Help" I get the error message " Sorry, something went wrong. Please check your network connection and try again."  

Obviously, it's not a network connections problem since here I am posting. So what is it.?

I'm using Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2407 Build 16.0.17830.20166) 64-bit

The problem might be related to a few potential causes within Excel or your system.

 

Here are some steps that might help you troubleshoot and resolve the problem.

 

  1. Restart Excel and Your Computer
  2. Check for Office Updates
  3. Repair Microsoft Office
  4. Check Your Default Browser
  5. Clear Browser Cache
  6. Check Excel Add-ins
  7. Re-register Excel
  8. Check Windows Firewall/Antivirus Settings
