I need help with a formula if it's possible.
What I need is a formula to count how many times a time of day appears within a certain time frame (eg. 1700-0659 & 0700-1659) but with that, I need it to be based on another cell.
Below I included an example table. So for every A, how many times occur within each period, etc.?
I hope this makes sense and any help would be appreciated.
