Excel error when establishing connection with EPM - SAP BPC

Details of the issue: 
1.When trying to establish the connection with EPM - SAP BPC get the following error 
2. After press continue getting into the workbook
3. And gets another error while saving  

Note : EPM add ins and SAP add ins are added and present in Active Add ins.

 

Please let us know if anyone can help on this

    This is an SAP EPM add-in error, you need to post your question in the relevant SAP forums or ask SAP support.
