Excel Drop Down Selections

I am working a form with a drop down menu as the first question. I am looking to see if there is a way in excel that based upon the user's selection on the drop down menu, can Excel make other cells appear if a certain option is selected?  

For example, if the form consists already consists of requested information like names, birthdays, favorite color, but if they want chocolate ice cream they more cells appear in the form that they need to fill out versus if they mint chocolate chip, they do not need to fill out anyhting and the form does not need to change.
