Excel document formatted different depending on PC it is viewed on

We have 2 PC's (same PC's) and each has Excel 2021 Ver 2308 Build 16.0.16731.2052. When you create or edit an Excel doc on one, the formatting is not the same when you open in the other PC. Example: The doc is set up to print on one page. Save and close. Open on the other PC and now the columns change the format and now it is a 2 page document. Frustrating as we keep having to re-format the documents depending on what PC it is opened on. Both PC's have Windows 11 22H2.

How Excel prints, depends on the active printer driver. You must decrease the zoom % in page setup just enough to make sure the sheet prints OK on both systems.

Sorry, I may not have been clear. The issue is on the PC that is was originally created and formatted on, the formatting is great. When opened on a different PC we have to change the formatting (such as the scale to fit) because when opened on the 2nd PC the rows/columns run into 2 pages. We are using they same printer (office shares a printer).

Crystalclear1981 Even though the printer may be the same, the printer driver (and/or its settings) may be different. Make sure the print settings are good enough for both computers.

        For both PC's:

        - Open file

        - Change Page setup so it prints the way you need

        - Save (a copy)

        - Open the saved file on the other PC and check.

If the file prints correctly on both PCs, you have found the right page setup for both and now know which PC to use to setup printing.
