Excel Chart
I'm on vacation this week, and so don't really have time to devote to your task. Perhaps somebody else could.
What you've shown us, though, makes me wonder why your very first image (of what I assume is the "raw data") isn't sufficient in itself, especially if sorted in order by machine. All of the information would then be there, and color coding (conditional formatting, automatic) could be used, to indicated whether running or shut down. One thing you'd need to add is some descriptive code; you appear to be using color right now, but don't indicate how that is applied.
So let me ask those two questions very specifically:
- How do you code or mark the status of the machine? Are there subsets--especially for when it's not running (to indicate different reasons, perhaps, such as mechanical difficulties vs manpower shortages, etc)?
- If that table could be sorted in order by machine (and time slots) would that be sufficient to meet your needs? If not, why not?

First of All, thanks for your support and enjoy your vacation.
please find my below respond your question.
How do you code or mark the status of the machine? Are there subsets--especially for when it's not running (to indicate different reasons, perhaps, such as mechanical difficulties vs manpower shortages, etc)? running time white, mechanical breakdown green, electrical breakdown yellow, not planned time to run blue.
If that table could be sorted in order by machine (and time slots) would that be sufficient to meet your needs? If not, why not? This table and chart are okay in my photos but only I faced one problem couldn’t solve that If same machine stop for breakdown for second or third time come in chart in different bar below first one but I need to illustrate only one horizontal bar per machine showing different times of breakdowns happened on 24 hours.
Thanks ,

Since you do have Excel versions of current files (that formed the basis for the images in your first post),would you be so kind as to post the originals (or copies) either on this forum, or on OneDrive or Google Drive. If you use OneDrive or Google, then be sure to post a link to the file.
That way we won't have to go to the trouble of creating them from scratch; it's always easier to work with the requestor's original.
