Excel automatically changes numbers to dates

Hello community,

Please assist me to resolve the issue. 

in the 1st screenshot B4-B6 automatically turns into the dates. On the 2nd screenshot - it's example which was sent by my colleague and how it supposed to look like. 

I was following the troubleshoot from this article and it didn't help:
