Excel 365 Memory Freeze

Hi All,

Does anyone else have this problem:

Using Excel 365, a simple workbook. 3-4 Worksheets, one of them contains a table.

Moving between sheets, Excel freezes, CPU, Memory and GPU usage skyrocket.  I wait a few minutes, it comes back to reality, sometimes I can work, but sometimes I can't.

I've replace the video card thinking this was the error.  The reason being, I can take the same file to another PC and it works fine.  I can remote into my desktop and the file works fine.

 

I've done all the windows updates (on W10), updated office to the latest release, but this still happens.  

 

I'm not sure what to try next.

    Yes, having similar issue with Excel 2021 and using W11.
    Excel workbook works fine on my laptop but frequently stalls when working with workbook having Power Query.
    Like you no positive response on how to rectify error. Microsoft must be aware of issue but no update being issued to help.
