Employee attendance tracker using excel

Hi,
I run a department of around 40 colleagues, many of which have different days off. I would like to use this template but im not sure how i can implement it for each colleagues days off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Has anyone found a solution for this? I am also currently looking to incorporate my rotating schedule to the template. Thank you
