Duplicating tables depending on the number in a cell

Hello guys,

is there any formula to duplicate a table times the number in a cell automatically?

Example: I got the information that there exist 3 external networks. So i put in cell E7 the number "3".

And this should copy the table 3 times, like making a subgroup 3 times.
