Drop-Down List with Adjacent Columns

Hi!

I am trying to create a tool to help me build my menu to respect the desired total number of calories/macros each day. To do this, I need to create a drop-down list for each meal where the adjacent columns containing the nutritional values follow the selection in the first column. What I mean is that if I pick the Tomato & Kale Omelet, the associated nutritional values will follow.
