Does anyone have a copy of Excel 4.0 macro commands vs VBA pdf which I'm told MS put out

I am a huge fan of the Excel Macro language and have lots of Macros that I depend on regularly. I investigated converting them to VBA when it first came out but the task seemed monumental. Running Mac OS 10.11 with Excel for Mac 2011 on a MacMini late 2014 makes me fear I maybe left behind. I have heard that MS put out a pdf on the conversion process but I can't find it on the web. Any suggestions
