Different Column widths on individual rows.
Row 1 has a series of varring column widths, for example Col A is 5 spaces wide/ Col b is 12 spaces wide/ Col c is 3 spaces wide, etc.
I want Row 2, Column a to ave 15 spaces/ Col B to have 5 spaces, Col C to have 19 spaces, etc.
How do i set up the above?

That is not possible. All cells in a column have the same width, regardless of which row they are in.
You can simulate the effect of different widths to some extent by merging cells horizontally, but (1) it would be a lot of work, and (2) merging cells has undesirable side effects, so it's best avoided.
