Hello everyone

i have an excel sheet that has 3 columns 

Departments, Applications, Severity

now each department uses all applications but each has different severity

i'm trying to filter the results and i created a table and inserted a slider and the results looks like this 

i was wondering if instead of having to write Dep1 next to each application, is there a way to such write one time Dep1 and let the severity show for that department and if i select Dep2 it shows me the severity of that department ? meaning column 3 should changed based on selection
