Delete the drawing.xml from excel file

Is there anyway that I can delete the drawing.xml from the excel file.

Sometime my customer send me some excel file (.xlsx) that maybe has been edited too many times and every time when I open it, excel may take like 5 minutes to open, and will take from 10 second to 1 minutes to response any action I take. The file is not that big (900KB) so I wonder why it works like this. By doing some research I find out that I can rename the .xlsx file to .rar file and open it, I found out that there is a drawing.xml that have 45MB. It looks like the original file has mass amount of invisible object in it and cause this problem. But right now I have a problem that actually what I need to do on the excel file is just open it, adjust the printing area and printing it. It is not worth it for me to spend like 15 minutes to open the file and delete all the invisible object. Is there any other faster way to delete that file or just let excel ignore that file so that I can open this kind of sheet faster?
