Datasource.error The process cannot access the file because it is being use by another process

Hi all 

 

I have this Datasource.error The process cannot access the file because it is being using  by another process power query, how i can fix it.

    Please check your file source path or the file name, you source file might be open and your trying to refresh the query. Check the connection and file path before the refresh.
