ctrl+d & ctrl+r function not working in excel 2016

I am using  windows 10 & Microsoft office 2016 home & student. From last few days, ctrl+d & ctrl+r shortcut function not working in my Microsoft excel. please help to resolve the same.

Is it just Excel? Any other office application like word affected?
Make sure  ‘Fn’ key is turned off on your keyboard.
Close Excel application , Open Run and try: Excel.exe /resetnavpane

Or

1. From Excel's main menu (File), go to Options.
2. Choose Customize Ribbon on the left.
3. Then click at Reset button next to Customizations.

Still not working.

Ctrl+R and Ctrl+D has suddenly stopped responding,

If anybody has the same issue, for me the issue could be solved by reinstalling Office with the "normal" English language.
Apparently, some time ago I did a reinstallation of MS Office and unintentionally grabbed the German version in which ctrl-u replaces ctrl-d. What a stupid thing.

I had this issue turns out whoever saved the spreadsheet prior saved it with a column filter still on. Which prevented me from using the formula for Ctrl+D. check your drop-down menu/s and clear any filters.

Not saying this is what it is every time but was in my situation.

@Pawan_Gupta go to 'Help' on the ribbon, then 'Keyboard Shortcuts' and make sure 'Override Browser Shortcuts' is selected.
