Ctrl+arrow key Changed in 2016?

Question

I recently started using Excel 2016 after a long time using previous versions.

Have they changed the behaviour of the Ctrl+arrow key shortcut?

I used to use Ctrl+down arrow to jump to the last cell in a column before a blank cell, but now it seems that Ctrl+down just mimics the PageDown key. Anyone know the shortcut to jump to the next blank cell, or the last cell with data before the blank cell?
