CSV

 May I seek for your opinions regards on my issue on excel 2016. I tried to open a csv file which is encoded in UTF-8 in excel. I tried to use the import from text under data option, yes it works.

However, I need another work around for my issue instead opening it up on the data tab. I need to open the csv file in just one click  of the button/mouse.
